The lion Mufasa rules over all the animals as king alongside his wife Sarabi. The birth of his son and heir, Simba, sparks resentment in Mufasa’s brother, Scar, who longs to become the new Lion King. As time goes by, the cub is taught by his father about the responsibilities he will one day assume as ruler. Meanwhile, Scar, together with the hyenas, devises a sinister plan to eliminate his family and seize the throne. After causing Mufasa’s death, he tricks Simba into leaving the kingdom. During his escape, Simba is rescued by Timon and Pumbaa, who protect him until he becomes an adult lion. One day, fate crosses Simba’s path once again, leading him back home to reclaim the throne that Scar has stolen from him.

After a process of creation and recording, Cap Pela presents Morgan, their new album, in a concert that brings together tradition, creativity and tribute in a single artistic proposal.
Parrots have something curious about them: they keep the voices they love. They listen to them, repeat them and, over time, make them their own. Morgan, the parrot linked to Víctor Uris, thus becomes a precise image of the meaning of the album: music does not disappear, it transforms and continues to live on in other voices. Each song is, in this sense, a shared memory that passes from one to another, changing slightly but preserving its essence.
An a cappella vocal group with a long trajectory in the Catalan music scene, Cap Pela has built its own language through the reinterpretation of popular music and contemporary creation. With Morgan, the group deepens this idea of living transmission, where tradition and the present do not oppose each other, but constantly engage in dialogue.
The programme includes pieces such as So de pastera and L’amo de Son Carabassa, along with original compositions such as Potser un dia and Mar, as well as Morgan Blues, creating a musical journey that connects past and present through the voice.
A concert that reaffirms Cap Pela’s style: a cappella, direct and rooted in shared musical heritage.

A journey to the inside, to the very substance that resides in the bones in order to dance from the marrow. To return to the body not only as an individual, but as a collective, in the quest for a personal and shared encounter.
The term ‘Quijá’ makes reference to the jaw of the animals. Inspired by the Extremaduran Siberia (birthplace of the choreographer Paloma Muñoz), La Quijá is a work that inquires into memory, into its voids and the breeze that crosses them. It is a dance of repercussions, of past phantoms, and present fantasies. A search for a common root. A journey to the inside, to the very substance that inhabits our bodies. A dance from the marrows, pointing at the sky with the jaw and crushing it.
Paloma Muñoz, choreographer and dancer, started her career through Spanish and European professional theatres from her graduation thesis in the Institut del Teatre, entitled La piel vacía (2018). In her own theatre company ‘Siberia’, she works on her own projects, but she also acts as invited choreographer for international companies from Switzerland, Italy, or Germany. She is a resident artist in the Mercat de les Flors for the 2024/25 and 2025/26 seasons. La Quijá was premiered in October 2024 and it is considered to be her first big-format work.

Based on the tradition from Ibiza and Formentera, this musical show values the importance of the ‘cant redoblat’, an endemic way of singing to these two Balearic Islands.
In the show Turmarí, the duet L’arannà immerses in the popular music tradition from Ibiza and Formentera to offer a particular view of these two islands through the sound experimentation that features these two singers. Synthesizers and keyboards share the stage with the castanets, the drum, the ceremonial sword, the flute, and the aesthetics inspired by the typical dance of the peasants. This singing style (‘cant redoblat’) is a crucial feature of the traditional music from Ibiza and Formentera. Its marked vibrato serves as an exponent of the tradition of ornamenting the monodic chant, common throughout the Mediterranean cultures.
Some ‘glosas’ and ‘cants redoblats’ performed in this show were recovered from sound archives, while some others belong to the duet’s own creations. This duet from Ibiza and Catalonia aims to narrate the reality and the roots of these two islands, which go beyond the dreamed paradise of so many people. A shows that allows the artists to display these roots in a contemporary context and through the lens of a young, feminine, and emerging duet.

Alexandre Ballester passed away with a certain resentment: he could not see his beloved Al caire de les campanes performed onstage. Even if this work was awarded the Premi del Teatre Principal on 1987, it had not been put onstage until now.
Set in the oneiric world of Albopàs, a key place in Ballester’s dramaturgy, this work tells the story of Elisa, Víctor, and the brothers Teodolf and Nicolau Casas. Victor is the classic dreamer hero of Ballester’s oeuvre. His return to Albopàs will resume the two brothers’ thirst for vengeance, resetting past mistrusts.
Structured in three acts, with time leaps and a poetic and metaphoric language, this dramatized reading depicts how the inhabitants of Albopàs confront past rancor that most of them have tried to forget in vain.

wo Little Rooms is an intimate and experimental live concert, bringing together the voices of Aina Zanoguera and Gori Matas on the Fender Rhodes piano to create a delicate and immersive soundscape. This debut album features songs inspired by the passage of time, a connection to Mallorca’s nature and themes such as love, fear and vulnerability.
The live performance blends subtle electronic textures with the warm sound of the piano to create a constant dialogue between composition and improvisation. Audience members are invited to engage in attentive listening, allowing the music to become a shared emotional experience.
Originally recorded in their two small rooms, the 'two little rooms' that give the project its name, the concert preserves this intimacy on stage, creating a poetic and immersive atmosphere.

Nofre Taylor is one of these special men who has created himself from nothing. His servants are always at his feet, ready to accomplish all his commands; and all the women are willing to fall head over heels for him. His biggest rival is Bieló Roig. On one hand, Bieló just needs seven minutes and a half to get dressed, while Nofre needs two seconds more than that, which is a big disgrace. On the other hand, Nofre produces 690.000 handles per year, while Bieló only produces 689.999.
Their competence is thus fierce. One day Beatriu arrives at Nofre’s. She is a girl that Nofre knows since their childhood. Nofre believes Beatriu to fall quickly in love with him, but she is a different girl: she likes to dream, to enjoy a sunset, and to have a walk. She cannot understand Nofre’s way of life, and after her son has worked for Nofre, she leaves. As a farewell gift, she gives Nofre a yellow trunk, where he will finally end up whatever he does.

Vània is a recreation of Anton Chekhov’s masterful work Uncle Vanya (1897) in a monologue format. Simon Stephens proposes a rereading of Chekhov’s text that takes place in the present, and far from the tsarist Russia, exploring the humor of this universal classic.
Vània can be defined as a mosaic of characters entrapped in a stately house at the outskirts of the big city, where they spent what it is supposed to be their last summer there. As it happens in other texts by Chekhov, what really matters is not the story’s plot, but the unknown aspects of the characters’ life: their real previous life, and their mood. With more or less resignation, they assist the realization of their unavoidable fate.

"Of gold and ivory" is one of Israel Fernández's most ambitious shows, where his most extensive facet as a musician and artist emerges.
With this work, Israel aims to immerse us in a subtle journey through his personal interpretation of flamenco singing, a program of original compositions and reinterpretations of classic pieces, all interwoven and transported to a new scenic and musical landscape. The piano serves as the central ornamentation of the work, which also features strings, choirs, and his usual flamenco musicians. In this way, the work aspires to be an emotional rollercoaster: from the intimate, the delicate, and the melodic, to the dark, the dizzying, and the heart-wrenching. All of this is seasoned with the overflowing sensitivity of the Toledo-born singer.

The Second Coming of Christ or the Yoga of Jesus is based on Yogananda's work of the same title and also on excerpts from another performance we presented on the Gospel of John. Yogananda's title does not refer to a literal, physical return of Jesus to Earth, as countless prophecies supported by various interpretations of biblical passages on this subject maintain, but rather to an inner experience of the same consciousness manifested by the historical figure of Jesus of Nazareth when he was on Earth. Yogananda maintains that through defined techniques and scientific methods of meditation, we can access this supreme level of Consciousness through the channel of our own perception and our own consciousness. Based on this idea, he has interpreted the Christian Gospels from the perspective of the spiritual wisdom of the ancient yogis of India. An original version of the genuine teachings of Jesus Christ that reveals their essential identity with Vedic tradition and the ancient knowledge of the science of Yoga. My work in this has consisted of expounding the mystical yoga teachings of Yogananda, following some of the episodes from the life and miracles of Jesus, according to the Gospels, specifically the Gospel of John.

This time, Seró has the honor of being accompanied onstage by Marc Heredia, one of the most interesting pianists nowadays in Catalonia.
The program of this recital is set in the great aesthetic transition from the end of the nineteenth century to the beginning of the twentieth in Europe, when there is a break with the late Romanticism in search of a new relation with sound, tradition, and expression. Even if the four authors Felip Pedrell, Claude Debussy, Manuel de Falla, and Frederic Mompou do not belong to the same generation, they share the same interest of finding a new musical language and consequently they walk in the same direction. A path that finally belongs to everyone: History. And in this case, History transformed into music.

L'enemic tells the story of Dr. Thomas Stockman, director of a health resort in a small city. This spa is, both directly and indirectly, the backbone of the city’s economic activity, and thus the inhabitants are dependent on its good functioning in order to keep on with the welfare system they live in since it was opened.
The doctor, with his scientific preciseness, discovers in an analysis that the waters that once made his spa famous, are now polluted. He has no doubt about his duty to make the discovery public, so that measures to solve the problem can be taken as soon as possible. This results in a terrible dispute. He is harassed by the political power, the commercial organizations, the media, and most of the city’s inhabitants, who fear the loss of the main source of their richness.

We celebrate the 40th anniversary of Iguana Teatre with one of their greatest hits of the nineties: the seventeenth-century ‘entremeses’ or interludes.
This original idea of this show is based on five unpublished Mallorcan ‘entremeses’. The discovery of these texts has a great value, especially due to their natural link with the European theatrical tradition. This connection hints at the relevance that our theatre would have acquired if the historical and linguistic circumstances had been otherwise.
The popular creativity that originated figures such as Goldoni in Italy, Molière in France, or Shakespeare in England, also existed here in the form of ‘entremeses’ or interludes: brief, agile, and lively pieces directly linked to the essence of European theatre.
This ‘entremeses’ depict a picaresque and popular ambient, featured by the habits, the way of speaking, and the characters of the streets. Endearing antiheroes motivated by primary desires: eating, drinking, having sex… Humor is a constant, and stick blows are often the punishment for those who wander from the straight path.

The band was founded in the first decade of the present century by Marc Gili (main composer and lyricist of the band), Belly Hernández (piano, synthesizer, composition, string and voice arrangements), and Bart Sanz (bass player, and also assists in graphic designs and video edition). Lisandro Montes (keyboards, guitar, and also composer and coproducer) completes the band.
This is a project of the of the development company La Isla & Co, as part of the Mallorca Live Nights.

The Kyiv Ballet’s 2022 tour of Spain was etched into our memories with the red ink that, in bold strokes, describes the tragedy that has been unfolding ever since. Since that first tour in 2022, Viktor Ishchuk’s Kyiv Ballet has been touring Spain’s leading theatres and auditoriums with overwhelming success. In 2017, the renowned principal dancer of the Kyiv Opera House, Viktor Ishchuk, fulfilled a long-cherished dream: the creation of a stable, young company bringing together the most prominent stars from across Ukraine to present to the world the talent, mastery and professionalism of the country’s artists. Among its members, the Kyiv Ballet includes several soloists from the Kyiv Opera and Ballet Theatre.
Their early performances gained the support of leading figures in the Ukrainian performing arts scene, and they were soon invited to perform at some of the world’s most important theatres, having since given more than 700 performances. Their numerous tours have taken them to the finest stages in Switzerland, Germany, France, Spain, Poland, Croatia, China, Ukraine, Mexico and many other countries.
One of the Kyiv Ballet’s main goals is the preservation of the traditions and essence of the purest classical ballet. Each performance is a feast for the senses, thanks to the sobriety of its choreography, the perfection of every line, the virtuosity of its soloists, and the splendour and grandeur of its sets and costumes, all designed exclusively by the finest masters of the Kyiv workshops.

Antonio Carmona, an undisputed reference in contemporary flamenco and the historic voice of Ketama, celebrates two decades of his solo career with a unique and emotional performance.
After marking a fundamental era in Spanish music as the frontman of Ketama (a key group in the renewal of flamenco and its fusion with pop and Latin music), Carmona began a solid solo career in 2006, which is now consolidated with this commemorative tour.
The show offers a journey through his greatest songs, from his solo debut with Vengo Venenoso (2006), through the standout tracks from De noche (2011) and Obras son amores (2017), to the new sounds of his album Baró Drom (Éxodo) 2026. The repertoire also includes some of his most celebrated collaborations with artists such as Alejandro Sanz and C. Tangana, as well as personal versions of well-known songs.
The performance features carefully designed lighting and is accompanied by six outstanding musicians, who bring strength, nuance and emotion to each piece.

Puerto Portals celebrates the eleventh edition of Sankt Martin, a traditional European festival that brings together children and families to enjoy a magical evening under the stars and lantern light.
We are once again celebrating Sankt Martin with a very special purpose: raising funds for Fundación Rana, a non-profit organisation in the Balearic Islands dedicated to preventing child abuse and sexual maltreatment.
How does it work?
Register the participating child (aged 4 and over) by purchasing one ticket per child.
On the event day, collect your game card at the information booth.
Complete the activity circuit: lantern-making workshop, cookie workshop, the Sankt Martin story, and the Sankt Martin walk.
Hand in your game card at the information booth. Puerto Portals will donate €3 to the Rana Foundation for each mission completed.
As night falls, Sankt Martin appears on horseback, and the youngest children of the harbour begin their search for him through the marina’s streets, lighting up the darkness with their lanterns. The event ends with a delicious hot chocolate and cookies.

Nine restaurants, a thousand servings each: everything is ready for the Fira del Variat
Ca na Martina, La Llubinense, Mónaco, Rotlet, and Can Pometa are some of the bars that will be serving the famous Mallorcan tapas mix at Pere Garau.
The program of participating bars is closely guarded; secrecy reigns these days. As this newspaper has been able to confirm, three establishments from the neighborhood where the fair is being held will be participating: Ca na Martina, located inside the market itself; La Llubinense, just steps away; and Mónaco, on Calle Nuredduna. In addition to these three nearby restaurants that will have an exhibitor, Bar Rotlet del Molinar, with over 50 years of history behind it and the star of the promotional video that announced the Fira's celebration on social media, will also surely be participating. Can Pometa, in Can Valero, will also be present, and despite its recent opening, has earned a very worthy place on the Mallorcan variat route.
Musical Program:
The fair will kick off on Saturday the 27th with the Fira del Variat (Variety Fair). Two performances are scheduled: DJ Juanmi Esteban (from 8 to 10 pm) and the musical group Cirko (from 10 pm to midnight).

Welcome to the forest! This summer 2025, we are excited to once again present our Forest School Experience for kids aged 3 to 10.
From Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 2:00 pm, immerse yourself in five unforgettable weeks, from July 1, 2025, to August 1, 2025, 100% in nature in Bunyola, Mallorca!
With our technology-free mornings outdoors, we are committed to a nature-based pedagogy that encourages free play in the forest and fields, exploring activities like bushcraft, survival, bioconstruction, art, music, cooking, and much more.
Give your little forest dweller a unique experience this summer! Since 2014, we have been supporting children in the forest in Mallorca, with a specialized team trained in forest school and nature education.

The legendary Catalan band Sau returns to the stage with a unique and unrepeatable tour: "A Movie Concert". This new show arrives at a very special moment, coinciding with the filming of the biopic Els de Sau, which portrays the band's journey and the indelible memory of Carles Sabater. The film will premiere at the end of 2025, and this tribute in the form of a concert will offer audiences an unforgettable experience.
It is an immersive audiovisual experience that will combine never-before-seen footage of the band, exclusive snippets from the biopic Els de Sau, and, of course, the great achievements that marked a generation. These images will be projected on a large screen, which will be the centerpiece of the show, creating a deep visual and emotional connection with the audience.
With Pep Sala at the helm and the new addition of Fredrik as vocalist, the breakout artist from Eufòria 2024, who brings a fresh perspective to the repertoire without losing its essence, Sau has prepared an exceptional artistic proposal that connects the past and present.
Fredrik's presence on this tour comes naturally. His connection to the Sau universe and his interpretation of the songs give them a new dimension that will excite both longtime fans and those discovering the band for the first time.
This will be a unique opportunity to relive the essence of Sau's concerts from the 90s, with a format specially designed for theaters and auditoriums in Catalonia during 2025 and 2026.

The charismatic choreographer and dancer Rafa Méndez, returns for the second year as the festival's presenter. With his unique sensitivity and the truth that characterizes him, Rafa accompanies us again, this time with a completely renewed proposal. A new point of view, the same emotional intensity, and the talent of someone who knows how to touch the soul of the audience.
Participants who will bring this second edition to life:
Jordi Amenós, therapist, writer and creator of the "Therapeutic Narrative" will give a conference entitled "Taking care of ourselves with stories: Therapeutic narrative", a talk full of understandings and openings to the mystery of living, full of deaths and rebirths, where adventure seeks its own adventure.
Laura Llodrá, creator and dancer, will present “A Body on the Run”, a choreographic experience that opens a space for reflection on stress, illness and fragility. A creative process that is born from a transformative personal experience.
Pablo Braccacini, movement artist, and Marc Amengual, dancer and choreographer, will present an artistic piece where dance and the bodily expression of a conscious movement through contemporary breaking predominate, taking us on a journey to the innermost and highest part of our being.
Locker Kids, a dance company made up of children between 11 and 17 years old, will share a new choreography directed by Marc Amengual, inspired by the world of internal fears and their beauty when contemplating them.
Tonina Ferrer, psychologist and coach, accompanied the entire artistic process, providing reflections and tools to internalize what was experienced, give it shape and turn it into useful learning for the daily lives of the attendees.
An artistic thread will give meaning to each proposal, uniting the performances in a unique emotional journey, full of magic and coherence.

The Nit de Foc is one of the biggest parties in Mallorca, but the largest celebrations take place in Palma. Celebrated on the eve of Sant Joan fiesta, it includes street parties, bonfires, fireworks, pop concerts, devils & demons and the infamous 'correfoc' - the fire run, where the 'devils' run through the streets with firecrackers and fireworks - not for the fainthearted!
The main action is in Palma's Parc de Mar by the cathedral. From around 22:30 there will be a correfoc (fire run) and then a concert at midnight. Bring your dancing shoes and be ready to party!
