Culinary Delights Await at the Fira del Variat

Nine restaurants, a thousand servings each: everything is ready for the Fira del Variat

Ca na Martina, La Llubinense, Mónaco, Rotlet, and Can Pometa are some of the bars that will be serving the famous Mallorcan tapas mix at Pere Garau.

The program of participating bars is closely guarded; secrecy reigns these days. As this newspaper has been able to confirm, three establishments from the neighborhood where the fair is being held will be participating: Ca na Martina, located inside the market itself; La Llubinense, just steps away; and Mónaco, on Calle Nuredduna. In addition to these three nearby restaurants that will have an exhibitor, Bar Rotlet del Molinar, with over 50 years of history behind it and the star of the promotional video that announced the Fira's celebration on social media, will also surely be participating. Can Pometa, in Can Valero, will also be present, and despite its recent opening, has earned a very worthy place on the Mallorcan variat route.

Musical Program:
The fair will kick off on Saturday the 27th with the Fira del Variat (Variety Fair). Two performances are scheduled: DJ Juanmi Esteban (from 8 to 10 pm) and the musical group Cirko (from 10 pm to midnight).
