An eleven-year-old boy starts working as a bellhop in a hotel on the Mallorcan coast at the beginning of the tourism boom. From this innocent perspective, we witness the clash between two worlds: the rural and the modern. What begins as a promise of progress eventually becomes a loss: of landscape, language, culture. A professional market for music and performing arts of the Balearic Islands. The Fira B! Performing Arts 2026 program will take place from September 30 to October 3, 2026, while the Fira B! Music program will be from November 4 to 7, 2026. Fira B!'s main objective is to showcase the most representative recent creations by artists from the Balearic Islands through an attractive program aimed at programmers, artists, and the general public.
